To fuel teens with nutritious, shelf-stable afternoon snacks—supporting their growth, focus, and active lifestyles as they work toward their full potential.

What We Do

Raise funds to purchase non-perishable snacks and drinks that support teens’ growth and nutritional needs

Collect nutritious snack donations from the community

Recruit and organize volunteers for monthly community packing events

Pack five non-perishable snacks, a protein beverage, and a bottle of water into simple paper bags

Partner with local food pantries to distribute snack bags to families with teens in our local communities. Our bags are currently being distributed by Person to Person in Connecticut.

Work toward weekly snack access, with the long-term goal of ensuring every teen in every client family receives a snack bag each week

Why Teenagers?

As teens ourselves, we know how demanding school, sports, and busy schedules can be. Teens are growing fast and often face the biggest after-school food gaps, yet they’re frequently overlooked by nutrition programs. By focusing on this age group, we’re helping provide the fuel teens need to stay energized, focused, and confident as they grow.
